Flash meets Mr. Hockey
The day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday), I was in Westland Mall for some Christmas shopping, when I saw a bunch of people standing in line for a book signing. Turns out they were waiting in line to meet and get an autograph from hockey great and former Red Wing Gordie Howe (of course you had to buy his new book). So, I got in line and in addition to getting his autograph, I got a picture taken of the two of us with my camera phone.

By the way, the title of this blog entry is called "Flash meets Mr. Hockey" because I was wearing a Willard Flashes sweatshirt. My brother-in-law plays basketball on his high school's team in Willard, Ohio, and their "Mascot" is the Willard "Flashes".
